Content Writing Services for Digital Marketing Firm

Pearl Lemon's content team lived up to our expectations and those of our end client. The client was delighted with Pearl Lemon's services, citing their systematic approach and excellent documentation. They connected effectively over phone calls, WhatsApp, and Loom videos while demonstrating a robust reporting system. They were a knowledgeable team that delivered quality outputs. From the kick off meeting to a second call to negotiate the pricing and deliverables, to a third discovery call where we shared the clients details and requirements everything was quite systematic, well documented and encouraging. Their reporting system is also quite robust, and they provided white labeled reports which we provided to our client. Our client was more than satisfied with the quality of content and growth in organic traffic month on month. We are now expecting the client to extend the contract for another 3 months. The workflow betwen our team and theirs was seamless to say the least. They were prompt in addressing any queries and we regularly collaborated over keyword research and getting it approved from our client, and creating a monthly and quarterly content plan calendar. The content was also produced well in time as per the calendar, leaving our client satisfied at all times. We were most impressed with their head of content team who is very knowledgable and handled the project with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. Change about the experience?

Their reporting structure seemed very detailed and overhwleming for a non-technical client, and we had to request them to tone it down. We as digital marketing professionals could well understand it, but it is not something that a regular person would grasp easily. Make reports that are easy to understand for a regular client and provide more detailed reporting for the tech savvy clients is what we would recommend.

In the beginning, we were struggling with the lack of structure around the monthly reports. They’ve since improved on this, and it’s easier for me to verify and monitor their progress.
