Well, we believe no organization is perfect. So surely they can improve in the area like 24/7 support along with this it will be great if the after deployment support can be extended to 12 months from 6 months.
Overall Feedback:
These guys have done a great job. Implementing features like guest management, wedding invites, RSVP & attendance management, guest management, and wedding mini-site was the main requirement of the project. And they have not just implemented them so well, but have also ensured UX/UI part of it for users.
