I also liked the seamless delivery of the project he project management process was well-organized and included several stages, such as discovery sprint, analysis of existing tech parameters, project planning, wireframing & prototyping, typography & iconography, design, iterative development sprints, iterative QA & reviews, deployment, knowledge transfer, and support. The end result was a successful app that helped improve our delivery process by enabling real-time ETA prediction and proof of delivery. People were able to get their groceries on time, resulting in customer retention. It was indeed a good decision to go with Successive Digital, and we are grateful for their contribution to our business.

It was an amazing experience with Successive Digital. They understood our requirements and they managed the entire project really tightly but not in a way that felt overly restrictive or unnecessarily process-driven. It was one of those scenarios where we knew where the project was on any given day. We understood where our sprints sat within the larger time frame. We were assigned 15 people from the team, including a business analyst, a project manager, two backend developers, a frontend developer, a full stack developer, three QA specialists, a designer, and a software team lead.

The overall experience with successive digital has been amazing. 5 out of 5. The project was all about building the Shopify store from scratch for seamless integration and customer experience. We were facing difficulties with customers placing orders through the offline route. That's where we decided to build the E-commerce store. The main deliverables were an attractive hero image, compelling product description, trust badges, adding the about us page, a selling page where customers can come and select their lens of choice and add it to the cart. Shopify experts at Successive Digital thoroughly guided us through their design phase. They took us through the rapid prototyping phase and did the personal discovery with us. Once they created the store wireframe, they thoroughly guided us through the next stages. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built a website with the enabled features of Personalized billing to the insurance providers, patients, or physicians. We also asked them to build testing courier delivery features where We can accommodate virtually any specific pick-up requirements.

The experience has been so good with successive digital. They know what they are doing. The website of the detox market was designed keeping in mind all the features we ever wanted. Especially the theme of the brand has not been played with. They kept it intact, and we absolutely loved it. There were constant communications and constant updates on what was going on with the project. The website is user-friendly and can easily track the entire user journey. The seamless integration helps us in tracking and reducing the rate of abandoned carts and purchases made.
