Delivering great digital products and building culture people want to belong. BBOSS mindset focuses on a self-driven growth towards ingenious mastery and knowledge-sharing culture combined with a participative approach to decision making and empowerment based on Management 3.0. BBOSS is a team of experienced IT developers based in Kazan, Russia. We focus on integrated development of web services and mobile applications.
BBOSS is a business unit of Fransh GS which is a consulting company that specializes in implementing franchising and scaling up a business. Our company exists since 2004 until 2020 we were engaged in the internal project development and the projects of our clients. Our portfolio includes several major Russian B2B websites, as well as CRM, ERP systems, and mobile applications that we developed for Russian companies. Our expertise includes business analytics, constructing business processes, creating IT solutions to optimize and reduce the cost of business processes, and lead generation. Besides, we create solutions that allow your business to increase the loyalty of the customers, reduce the percentage of refusals from your services, and increase the revenu by creating user-friendly web and mobile apps.
Unfortunately, Russia has been poorly surviving the economic crisis associated with COVID-19. The majority of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia are on the edge of bankruptcy, so the number of domestic orders for our services has significantly dropped. In this regard, we are offering IT outsourcing services.
OUR MISSION: To make the top-quality custom software development and big data services available worldwide and affordable for businesses of any sizes.

Best part of the experience?
Fast, honest, and successful. They absolutely did exactly what they promised to deliver and more.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
I would not and never change my experience. Williams Web Solutions has been phenomenal on our first design and definitely on our revisit with the new design.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago we hired Williams Web Solutions to handle our online needs with a stunning website and had been pleased with the service. Through their patience and neglect on our part, we allowed our website to lapse and our domain. Once we discovered our error, we immediately contacted ONLY Williams Web Solutions to resolve our problem. Within no time at all they redesigned and relaunched a much more beautiful website than we could have imagined and fully submitted it into Google. Since then, business has been booming and we have only Williams Web Solutions to thank for that.

Best part of the experience?
Prompt service and very knowledgeable staff to any issues and needs that we've had.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
Had a minor issue with a couple of images that were copyrighted and we couldn't use on our website but that was resolved very quickly.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago when we first started our business—Texas Industrial Safety Specialists—we were searching for a local website developer from our area. We were very surprised to discover a development agency less than an hour away from our very small town. We contacted Robert at Williams Web Solutions. Not only did they develop a beautiful website for us, but when we opened our newest business venture several years ago, it was a no-brainer that we contracted Williams Web Solutions again to take care of our website. We have been very pleased with his work and they are always quick to handle any needs that we have, even long after the website was developed. If you’re looking for a website designer, we ONLY recommend Williams Web Solutions.

Overall Feedback:
Because of a friend’s recommendation, I was introduced to Williams Web Solutions. I contacted them and was pleased to hear how knowledgeable they were about my type of business. After almost nearly a year of communications, we decided to pursue this arrangement. Robert at Williams Web Solutions got to work with asking all the right questions and began working on the website. After a time, they developed a very beautiful website. With a couple of minor tweaks, we are pleased to have our very beautiful website. We at Custom Projects highly recommend Williams Web Solutions if your business in Houston needs a website design or redesign.
