Welcome, I’m Chris.
I am here to support you on your path to well-being
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling for Villanova University. My role as a LPC is to support you and your mental health goals. I collaborate with you to understand unhealthy behaviors, challenging feelings, and harmful negative self-talk while working to identify the underlying issues that can be addressed through resilience-focused, strength-based practices rooted in evidence-based modalities. Always view the client through a trauma-informed lens.
At some point during our lives, many of us can struggle with feeling not good enough, low self-esteem, depression, unhealthy behaviors, relationship issues, or even challenges because of one’s gender or sexual orientation. Without judgment or agenda, I listen to what may be holding you back in life and help you find a solution that shifts your thought processes, builds your self-worth, and reinforces how important and valued you are in this world.
Above all, I pride myself on offering a safe space for clients to explore and process who they are. I create an environment of curiosity and acceptance, while allowing clients to feel a sense of ease during their sessions so that they can freely explore their needs and aspirations.
My specialties
Through my telehealth counseling services, I work with older adolescents (18 & up) through adulthood. Supporting those who are struggling with life changes, family or relationships issues or work pressures. Individuals may be seeking LGBTQ+-affirming practices or possibly in need of support while feeling they may be experiencing an existential crisis. I utilize therapy modalities tailored to everyone’s unique needs. Always offering a safe space for marginalized clients to feel seen.
