Connor Jones Group

Trusted Home Builder in Dunedin, Christchurch, Queenstown, and Southland Welcome to Connor Jones Group. We’re not just another building company. We’re hands-on builders and in-house engineering specialists with decades of experience across the South Island. Founded by Tom Connor and Chris Jones, our team brings over 47 years of combined expertise, covering everything from residential construction and commercial builds to structural steel and bespoke fabrication. What sets us apart is how we keep the whole process under one roof. We manage your project from that first discussion through to design, engineering, construction, and ongoing support. There is no passing the buck. You deal directly with directors and skilled tradespeople who actually know your job inside and out. That means clearer communication, fewer surprises, and a build that stands up to scrutiny. We’ve earned the trust of homeowners, architects, project managers, and government clients by delivering on our promises and making the building process straightforward, just how it should be. Our workshop culture is based on respect and accountability. We set a higher standard so you know every detail, from sheet metal work to finishing touches, gets the attention it deserves.
