Negative

Never refunded my money after I refused service

Originally said price would be $120…. Came to my house, added a bunch of stuff and said the new price is $350!!!!! I was like absolutely not. I refused service, they said they’ll refund me, but would keep a $35 non refundable deposit. One month later I have to track them down, they never refunded me the money. Least they could do is refund me the entire amount as a courtesy for using my money all month and for the inconvenience that I had to call multiple times to track them down.. No such thing…. Terrible service!!!! Complete rip off!
