Digital Marketing Lab was created by Julie Chartrou Wood in December 2017 in the suburb of Portland Oregon, in the city of Vancouver, WA. The business was developed with the help of the Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) of the GVCC.
During the first few months of the launch of the business, Julie spent a lot of time coaching small business owners on the use of digital marketing for their businesses, spoken at conferences and attended a lot of events to share her knowledge.
