Evergreen Building Maintenance

Evergreen Building Maintenance is a leading provider of commercial cleaning and janitorial services with over 35 years of experience across British Columbia and Alberta. With its Vancouver office located at 1480 Howe Street, the company delivers professional, eco-conscious cleaning solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes, from corporate offices and retail spaces to schools, strata buildings, healthcare clinics, and government facilities. Their Vancouver-based team is highly trained and WHMIS-certified, and undergoes criminal background checks to ensure client safety and peace of mind. Employees participate in the Building Service Worker program and receive ongoing first aid, WorkSafe, and technical training to uphold high performance standards on every site. Evergreen's commitment to sustainability is central to its operations. The company uses ECOLOGO® and Green Seal-certified products as part of its green cleaning program, minimizing environmental impact while creating safer, healthier work environments for clients and staff alike. Known for their exceptional customer service, Evergreen offers a 24-hour response guarantee. They promise follow-up within two hours and resolution within 24 hours. They also provide bundled services to make facilities management seamless, including janitorial services, floor and carpet care, window cleaning, day porter programs, sanitary supply management, parking lot maintenance, and property caretaking. Beyond cleaning, Evergreen is also a steward of environmental responsibility. Their Evergreen Reforestation Initiative reflects their broader mission to support sustainability. They have pledged to plant one million trees by 2035 through partnerships with Veritree and Switch2Zero. This makes Evergreen not only a provider of clean and well-maintained spaces but also a contributor to global climate restoration efforts. With over 300 employees and more than 8.5 million square feet of managed space, Evergreen has built a legacy of trust, responsiveness, and innovation in commercial cleaning. In addition to the Vancouver location, the company continues to grow, with newly launched branches in White Rock and Southeast Calgary. Whether it’s daily office janitorial services, full facility cleaning, or specialty programs for high-traffic or high-risk environments, Evergreen Building Maintenance combines industry expertise with a commitment to excellence and long-term client relationships. Clients choose Evergreen for their responsiveness, consistency, and commitment to quality, and stay because of the dependable service and care they receive every day.
