Positive

Digital Marketing at a Price

The three owners of Fratzke: Twin brothers Ryan and James and James’ wife Lisa represent everything wrong with conservative corporations like Walmart and Disney at the scale of a small business. While they are friendly and caring on the service, they have a revolving door of employees, contractors, interns, and clients who either quit, are fired, or terminate their relationship with them based on their controlling behaviors. They monitor communication and are opposed to work/life balance of any kind. The twins’ narcissism fuels their lofty sales goals and inability to communicate with their at-will employees and clientele who pay high, “boutique” marketing costs for services based on templates. The Fratzkes know how to market: you can see that on their website and in their reviews. They’re great at the services they advertise, but everything comes at a cost. Give them a few more years to grow (or fail) before signing on with them.
