Rob and his "team" does not know what they are doing in terms of marketing. We found out with our current seo & marketing firm that they made mistakes on coding, SEO and also they outsource the work to India. (Notice his google photos?) 365 paid him on time at all times when asked or invoiced. however, the website worked was delayed for over 4 months when he promised the turnover to be 2 months. Not great in communication. He made numerous mistakes; big mistake was the logo which cost us money to recreate the logo and re-print all marketing materials. Lastly, when asked about the mistake, Rob brushes it off under the rug and argues back. Unprofessional team." Rob did nothing to rectify his actions, argued over the phone as opposed to constructive business calls etc. Due to the lack of work, not meeting expectations, deadlines, and just unprofessional work ethic and tone we chose cancel his services. After all this he also chose to write a negative review about 365. Have tried calling you all morning and you don't answer the phone either, good job! If you remember we spoke with you on the phone regarding your services and why the delay a few months back. It's a shame you have no recollection. Rob also used without permission our company name, logos and seo settings (as gazz consulting website populates when searching 365BooksPro) to help give his company a competitive advantage under their website tab "portfolio". We have contacted Rob via email and phone asking to remove by Friday 9-14-2018. Rob stated it would be looked into...does not sound promising.
