We are a self-organizing, cross-functional team, consisting of backend and frontend devs as well as PMs and a designer. We have been in the business a while as individuals, and we believe group efforts will allow for even better results in end-to-end project delivery, starting from initial brief through active phases of development and testing, to post-launch support. 

Our main skills set as a team is as follows:

- Javascript and JS frameworks: React/React Native (Redux, Thunk/Saga, MobX), AngularJS, Angular 2+ , NodeJS, Vue (VueX), Marionette

- PHP 5.6-7.* and PHP frameworks: Symphony 4, 5 (Doctrine 2 ORM), Laravel 5.6+ (Eloquent ORM), and a few micro frameworks like Slim and Lumen

- FE tools: Lodash, StoryBook

- UI: HTML/HTML5, CSS3, Less, SASS, Stylus, Styled Components, Bootstrap

- used to work extensively with both Photoshop and Sketch/ Figma

- SQL Databases: MySql 5.*- 8, MariaDB 10.3

- NoSQL Databases: MongoDB

- Cache Storage: Redis, Memcache

- AWS suite

- CI/CD: Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, Buddy, Circle CI

- Integration of 3rd party APIs: Payment systems, Social networks, Emailing systems, and others

- GIT

- Project management tools: JIRA, Trello using Scrum, Agile methodologies 

Every member of our team has grown into a specialist in his area, but what unites us, even more, is the same mindset around been open with our clients. As such we have a habit of sharing regular updates (prefer via email as allows us to keep track of things).

We work with different clients from multiple time zones ( AU/ EU/ US) so we always stay flexible accommodating client’s needs, though usually looking to work regular business hours (9 am/6 pm UTC+2).
