Overview
NOVOS is an innovative London-based eCommerce agency that aims to accelerate the organic growth of eCommerce brands through SEO. NOVOS has disrupted the SEO agency scene in the UK by working with over 100 eCommerce brands in a short time period. Its impressive client list includes popular brands such as MADE.com, Kickgame, Bloom & Wild, Thread, Beyond Retro, Patch, and Swyft.
So far, the agency has helped its clients, spread across the UK, the US and European markets, generate over 30 million GBP in organic growth.
Our Story
Our founders, Antonio & Sam, met while working for one of London's top SEO agencies. They both realised how the traditional agencies were bogged down with hierarchies, micromanaged employees, and complex SEO jargon which affected the service that the client received. These market gaps served as catalysts for the formation of NOVOS — a specialist eCommerce SEO agency built on the values of simplicity, transparency and equality.
In 2020, when many companies were letting go of their employees or stalling recruitment, NOVOS grew its team by over 50%. The agency now employs a diversely talented team of 17!
What Makes NOVOS Unique
NOVOS is among the few agencies where employee happiness is measured (using Happiness Index) and valued more than performance.
Happy Employees = Happy Clients
When working with NOVOS, the clients feel that the agency account managers are an extension of their in-house team — not a third-party agency
Taking a deep interest in the client's business, NOVOS doesn't create just another SEO strategy, but rather NOVOS creates a holistic organic growth strategy to help with the long-term goals of the brand, and to reduce the reliance on paid advertising.

Best part of the experience?
Fast, honest, and successful. They absolutely did exactly what they promised to deliver and more.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
I would not and never change my experience. Williams Web Solutions has been phenomenal on our first design and definitely on our revisit with the new design.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago we hired Williams Web Solutions to handle our online needs with a stunning website and had been pleased with the service. Through their patience and neglect on our part, we allowed our website to lapse and our domain. Once we discovered our error, we immediately contacted ONLY Williams Web Solutions to resolve our problem. Within no time at all they redesigned and relaunched a much more beautiful website than we could have imagined and fully submitted it into Google. Since then, business has been booming and we have only Williams Web Solutions to thank for that.

Best part of the experience?
Prompt service and very knowledgeable staff to any issues and needs that we've had.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
Had a minor issue with a couple of images that were copyrighted and we couldn't use on our website but that was resolved very quickly.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago when we first started our business—Texas Industrial Safety Specialists—we were searching for a local website developer from our area. We were very surprised to discover a development agency less than an hour away from our very small town. We contacted Robert at Williams Web Solutions. Not only did they develop a beautiful website for us, but when we opened our newest business venture several years ago, it was a no-brainer that we contracted Williams Web Solutions again to take care of our website. We have been very pleased with his work and they are always quick to handle any needs that we have, even long after the website was developed. If you’re looking for a website designer, we ONLY recommend Williams Web Solutions.

Overall Feedback:
Because of a friend’s recommendation, I was introduced to Williams Web Solutions. I contacted them and was pleased to hear how knowledgeable they were about my type of business. After almost nearly a year of communications, we decided to pursue this arrangement. Robert at Williams Web Solutions got to work with asking all the right questions and began working on the website. After a time, they developed a very beautiful website. With a couple of minor tweaks, we are pleased to have our very beautiful website. We at Custom Projects highly recommend Williams Web Solutions if your business in Houston needs a website design or redesign.
