Overview
Reef Technologies is a small company that specializes in helping v1 startups get from a situation where they have barely-working or non-working software to a v2 situation where software turns from a blocker into an enabler, letting the business grow and flourish. Dozens of projects were turned around like that over the years.
The CEO oversees all projects, he has 16 years of professional experience, 9 years in python and he has been building production-grade, world-class software services since 2005, achieving top1 place in e-radio station ranking in 2006 / 2007, with 2.6 million monthly users listening to over 20 channels. Today Pawel speaks at conferences about difficult challenges in software development and still writes code.
While the hourly rate seems to be substantial, Reef team is extremely efficient, which makes it one of the most cost-effective teams available for hire. It is typical for them to finish in hours or days what other teams could not have progressed on for months. Last November a customer who wanted to hire them for 2.5 weeks full time, had a finished task in less than three hours of work. This happens a lot, mostly due to the excessive experience, which effectively reduces the learning process down to zero.
Some projects are good for junior and intermediate developers to learn on the job, while some projects really need something who already has loads of experience.
If you think your project needs pros in the team, send Reef Technologies a line.

Best part of the experience?
Fast, honest, and successful. They absolutely did exactly what they promised to deliver and more.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
I would not and never change my experience. Williams Web Solutions has been phenomenal on our first design and definitely on our revisit with the new design.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago we hired Williams Web Solutions to handle our online needs with a stunning website and had been pleased with the service. Through their patience and neglect on our part, we allowed our website to lapse and our domain. Once we discovered our error, we immediately contacted ONLY Williams Web Solutions to resolve our problem. Within no time at all they redesigned and relaunched a much more beautiful website than we could have imagined and fully submitted it into Google. Since then, business has been booming and we have only Williams Web Solutions to thank for that.

Best part of the experience?
Prompt service and very knowledgeable staff to any issues and needs that we've had.
Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
Had a minor issue with a couple of images that were copyrighted and we couldn't use on our website but that was resolved very quickly.
Overall Feedback:
Many years ago when we first started our business—Texas Industrial Safety Specialists—we were searching for a local website developer from our area. We were very surprised to discover a development agency less than an hour away from our very small town. We contacted Robert at Williams Web Solutions. Not only did they develop a beautiful website for us, but when we opened our newest business venture several years ago, it was a no-brainer that we contracted Williams Web Solutions again to take care of our website. We have been very pleased with his work and they are always quick to handle any needs that we have, even long after the website was developed. If you’re looking for a website designer, we ONLY recommend Williams Web Solutions.

Any suggestion or changes about the experience?
I don't have any negative feedback about this business. It was a wonderful pleasure working with them.
Overall Feedback:
Because of a friend’s recommendation, I was introduced to Williams Web Solutions. I contacted them and was pleased to hear how knowledgeable they were about my type of business. After almost nearly a year of communications, we decided to pursue this arrangement. Robert at Williams Web Solutions got to work with asking all the right questions and began working on the website. After a time, they developed a very beautiful website. With a couple of minor tweaks, we are pleased to have our very beautiful website. We at Custom Projects highly recommend Williams Web Solutions if your business in Houston needs a website design or redesign.
