Vereniging Schepenkring Yachtbrokers In 1987 hebben 5 zelfstandige ondernemers het initiatief genomen dat zou leiden tot de oprichting van de Vereniging Schepenkring Nederland. Het waren allemaal ondernemers die bemiddeling in de verkoop van jachten als hoofdactiviteit uitvoerden. Zij hebben zich de vraag gesteld of het mogelijk zou zijn de krachten te bundelen maar met behoud van volledige zelfstandigheid en zeggenschap in het eigen bedrijf. Krachten bundelen op het gebied van promotie, marktbewerking, beursbezoek en uitstraling naar de markt. Er zijn een aantal fundamentele afspraken gemaakt en zo was de oprichting van de Vereniging Schepenkring Nederland op 1 augustus 1988 een feit. Schepenkring is een samenwerkingsverband tussen 8 zelfstandige makelaars. In de loop der jaren is er een samenwerking ontstaan die uniek te noemen is. Kennis en aanbod wordt gedeeld over heel Nederland. Wetgeving en regels zijn anders geworden. Door samen te werken blijft kennis optimaal en kan er tijdig op veranderingen worden ingespeeld.
