I use the DCA method to reach clients' goals.
Define: What is the end business goal, revenue, traffic, leads etc. This is so we can track on a daily basis if we are on track to reach the goal.
Calculate: The next step is to look at what milestones need to be achieved in order to reach the business goal. This is broken down into channels and metrics so that we can identify which areas are underachieving compared to the goal trajectory.
Achieve: We then identify which areas need to be improved and solely work on those to improve overall results.
In marketing, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Therefore I look at an omnichannel approach to achieve client results. My core channels are Google Ads, paid social and SEO. However, I believe these play a part in a wider marketing automation process.
